Return Policy

At Restroom Direct, we supply only high quality restroom products. If you do encounter a problem with your product, we will work with you to ensure that your needs are met. 

Since we work with a number of different manufacturers, our warranties follow the manufacturers' policies.  As a rule, the warranties cover replacement of defective parts only and labor and shipping are not included. For some manufacturers if your product experiences a failure within 30 days of purchase, you may ask for a new unit or the replacement parts - whichever you prefer. After that time, only the defective part will be accepted and replaced, free of charge.  For others, it is at the discretion of the manufacturer how they would like to replace the parts.

All custom-ordered product sales are final and not returnable.

All return goods must have prior approval from Restroom Direct. To obtain approval, please call us at 704-937-2673 or email us at It is important to include the model and serial number of your product, along with a description of the problem and complete contact information.

Returns of unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and like-new product made within 30 days of delivery of your order will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee, or you may choose to receive a 100% store credit.  (Low-volume items may need to be returned to the manufacturer, in which case we must follow their policy.)   All store credits expire after 18 months if not used.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If your product is defective, we may ask that you send it directly to the manufacturer.

Shipping Damage It is the receiver's responsibility to check for damage before signing for the package(s).  If damage is found, the receiver must report this with the driver.  Restroom Direct will not take responsibility for shipping damage that has not been reported in writing before the driver has left.  In some cases a claim may still be made within 3 days of shipment.  Please take good pictures preferably showing the items damaged in the boxes. Please call us and we will work with you to resolve the issue if possible. 

Otherwise, you can mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. We will not accept returns if they do not have an RGA number on them.  You get the RGA number from Restrooom Direct when you call or email to have the return Authorized.

Shipments outside of the USA
Most items that are shipped outside of the US are NOT covered by the manufacturer under their warranty.  Therefore, if you need warranty work done and you are outside of the US, you may be required to ship the product back to us or the manufacturer in the US and you may also be required to pay to have the item(s) sent back to you.  Please feel free to call Restroom Direct if you have any questions or to verify the policy for a particular item.  

Restroom Direct, its parent company and affiliates, explicitly deny any liability for products distributed by our companies.  Customers and other users accept that they use products sold by Restroom Direct, its parent company and affiliates, soley at their own risk.
