Lucent Series Euro Partitions

Materials Scratch-proof, tempered glass with ceramic screen printing is 0.4 inches (10 mm) thick and fitted to stainless steel connecting brackets and fittings. A stainless steel headrail runs along the top and is recessed by 4.6 inches (118 mm). Each dividing wall uses 6 brackets to connect to the front panel and are secured using flush-fitting, stainless steel rosettes. Three stainless steel brackets connect the panel to the wall.

Float Series Euro Partitions
Float series partitions have a modern minimalist design with a twist. With the feet and headrail hidden from sight, it creates the impression that these partitions are actually floating on air, while still securely anchored to the floor and walls.

Solid "sandwich-type" construction 1.4 inches (36 mm) thick with a 0.1 inch (3 mm) solid grade face sheet laminate on both sides with a moisture-resistant, double-sided, hexacomb cardboard core. Vertical edges of door and pilaster are constructed by a rebated aluminum profile on both sides and aluminum framing around the edges. Sturdy aluminum holders in connection with solid aluminum brackets ensure the system's s tability and resistance to warping. The frameless construction with recessed headrail and feet, along with hidden hardware, give the partition a floating look.

Materials Phenolic LT materials are impact and scratch resistant. Anti-bacterial coating and non-porous surface reduce spread of germs.

Doors are 1.4 inches (36 mm) thick, constructed from 1/8-inch phenolic face sheets and are encased in an aluminum profile. Interior rebated door catcher is flush integrated into the design. Integrated rubber bumper included for silent operation.

Color Chart Loft Series Color Chart
Hardware Self-closing doors with two aluminum gravity hinges for a maximum door opening of 110° (in-swing doors). The 110° self-closing hinge is hidden in the structure of the door. Out-swing doors are equipped with 180° self-closing barrel hinge.

All doors are provided with an individual coat hook and door bumper. Stainless steel door knob has an easy-to-maneuver paddle built into the locking wheel on the inside.

A white/red indication latch and emergency unlocking feature is integrated on the outside of the door knob. The emergency release uses a 4 mm (5/32 inch) allen key that is inserted into the center of the door knob from the outside to unlock the door.

Well known for it's beautiful presentation, Bradley (Mills) Stainless steel partitions come standard with features that promote enhanced functionality and durability including Permaseal Edges which lock facing metal sheets integrally together around the perimiter of the panel and continue the finish completely around the edges.

Powder Coated Partitions
Most economical partition material. Constructed of galvannealed steel, cleaned and coated electrostatically and then cured for a mar-resistant finish. Available in a wide range of colors.

Mills powder coated partitions are a beautiful, yet durable and economical choice for office buildings, restaurants, religious facilities or any application with moderate traffic.

Formats 		Sentinel™ overhead-braced, floor-braced, ceiling-hung and floor-to-ceiling partitions, urinal and sight screens.
Materials Two sheet metal faces insulated with a moistureresistant honeycomb core that is adhered to the inner surface and set under pressure to cure. All are manufactured from galvannealed steel which is cleaned and finished with electrostatic high grade powder coating and oven cured to provide a mar-resistant finish.

Mills is the only manufacturer to offer the Permaseal Edge. Edges are formed to interlock together to provide a tight fit without crown molding.

Panels are 1" thick, constructed from 22 gauge galvannealed steel. Corners are welded underneath a clip that is affixed to all corners.

Hardware Mills standard hardware is constructed from heavy-duty grade chromed Zamac. Compartments are provided with all hardware and zinc-plated torx-head fasteners to complete installation for applications with concrete floors and masonry block walls.

Wraparound hinges are thru-bolted to the pilasters and the concealed slide latch includes an emergency egress feature. The slide latch does not require a twisting motion and complies with all Federal ADA guidelines. The strike/keeper is wraparound and thru-bolted. Doors 32" wide or less are provided with a combination coat hook/bumper. Doors 34" wide or 36" wide are provided with an individual coat hook, door bumper and door pulls. Torx-head fasteners are supplied with all hardware.

Stirrup-type single-ear, double-ear and U-brackets are provided with torx-head fasteners.

Etched and anodized aluminum headrail is extruded with an anti-grip profile. It clamps over the pilaster and is secured at the wall with plastic brackets.

Shoes are 1-piece, 4" high type 304 stainless steel with #4 satin brushed finish and are secured to the inside face of the pilaster with stainless steel torx-head fasteners.

Solid Phenolic Core Partitions
Best for use in outdoor parks, pools, shower rooms or any application where oil or water resistance is needed.

Phenolic partitions withstand wet and humid environments.

Available

Materials Solid phenolic core is composed of compressed cellulose fibers impregnated with resins. The surface laminate is fused to the resin-impregnated core. All edges are machined and finished smooth with a 15-degree beveled edge.

Material will not delaminate even under extreme conditions. Materials are non-absorbent, impact and graffiti resistant. Materials are impervious to steam, soaps and detergents and will not mildew.

Best for Educational institutions, theme parks, stadiums, arenas, health clubs, food service, waterparks, locker rooms, and any other high-traffic and/or high humidity or wet area.

Materials Fabricated from an advanced formula of high density polyethylene (HDPE), Bradmar™ solid plastic from Mills® offers the lowest maintenance and the highest durability. With an odor absorption rate of nearly zero, solid plastic is the perfect solution for highly humid or wet areas.

Bradmar partitions have 1-inch thick doors, panels and pilasters, and come with a 15-year warranty against rust, corrosion, and delamination.

Hardware Mills standard hardware is constructed from 6463-T-5 heavy-duty aluminum. Compartments are provided with all hardware and stainless steel torx head w/pin fasteners to complete installation for applications with concrete floors and masonry block walls.

Standard integral hinge system consisting of a ½" diameter nylon gravity cam unit with a 3/16" stainless steel center pin (bottom) and a ½" nylon rod (top). Latches are fabricated from heavy-duty extruded aluminum (6463-T-5 alloy). Slide bolt have a black anodized finish. Latch is mounted to the door with stainless steel theft-resistant screws. The slide latch does not require a twisting motion and complies with all Federal ADA guidelines. Strike/keeper is 6" long and is fabricated from heavy-duty extruded aluminum (6463-T-5 alloy) with wraparound flanges. Strike/keeper is mounted to the pilaster with thru-bolts.

Coat hooks, door bumpers and door pulls are provided in a Zamac alloy with satin finish. Integral hinge inswing ADA doors are supplied with an individual coat hook with bumper and double door pull. Integral hinge outswing doors are supplied with individual coat hook, door bumper, and double door pull.

Continuous brackets are fabricated from heavy-duty aluminum, are 54" long, and are available in single or double-ear style.

Etched and anodized aluminum headrail is extruded with an anti-grip profile. It clamps over the pilaster and is secured at the wall with plastic brackets.

Shoes are 1-piece, 4" high, 300 Series stainless steel with #4 satin brushed finished and are secured to the floor with Torx-head screws.
