This stainless steel cap (used in conjunction with brass nipple (LKP-1000001791) allows the removal and sealing off of the bubbler on Elkay and Halsey Taylor water fountains.
Note: Brass nipple is not required for products that are equipped with a VR (vandal-resistant) bubbler.
