The SPIN-X spin dryer is a great way to save cost, energy and the environment by spinning water out of clothes before putting them in the dryer (or hanging them on a line.)

Many of our customers also use the Spin-X as a swimsuit water extractor.  It takes longer (more than a minute) to dry than the Suitmate bathing suit spinner.  However it is also more gentle on clothing, smoothly ramping-up to 3300 RPMs.  It is a stand-alone, plug-in centrifugal spin-dryer instead of a wall-mounted, hard wired water extractor.  The water that is removed comes out of the spout and can be collected into a bucket.  (A quart container is included.) 

The Spin-X has the convenience of being a movable, plug-in  spin dryer, however it is not intended for commercial uses such as health club swimming pools.  For those applications, we recommend the Suitmate swimsuit water extractor, which is larger, faster, more durable, hard-wired and wall mounted.  The Suitmate can also be plumbed so water does not have to be emptied.  Some of our customers do use the Spin-X for public pools, but they are not made to stand up to the use and abuse that can be found in commercial settings.

The Spin-X laundry spinner is made in Germany and sells throughout Europe where this is a great solution to high energy costs.  A regular clothes dryer has an energy-consuming heating element, and this does not!  You can find other, made-in-China versions of this for much less money.  Our quality history with the Spin-X has been excellent, so we don't mess around with those other laundry spin dryers.

Do you want extra minerals & soap dried on your clothes, towels, sheets?

Standard washing machines spin at 500 revolutions per minute. Although your laundry feels fairly dry when it is removed from your washing machine, it still contains a great deal of soap, detergents and maybe 1/2 gallon of water with minerals. The spin dryer has a super speed of 3,300 RPM. It will easily remove 50% or more of the water and soap deposits left in your clothes by your washing machine. Reduced water in laundry greatly speeds drying time. An extra help if you live where the humidity is high.

With a clothes line, hanging time is shorter, so more clothes can be dried. This is a real help when your time is limited or bad weather threatens. Hanging clothes indoors will add less humidity to the air.  Your house will be more comfortable in the summer and save on air conditioning costs. Be more independent in the way you plan your day.
