Return Policy

At Restroom Direct, we supply only high quality restroom products. If you do encounter a problem with your product, we will work with you to ensure that your needs are met. 

Since we work with a number of different manufacturers, our warranties follow the manufacturers' policies.  As a rule, the warranties cover replacement of defective parts only and labor and shipping are not included. For some manufacturers if your product experiences a failure within 30 days of purchase, you may ask for a new unit or the replacement parts - whichever you prefer. After that time, only the defective part will be accepted and replaced, free of charge.  For others, it is at the discretion of the manufacturer how they would like to replace the parts.

All custom-ordered product sales are final and not returnable.

All return goods must have prior approval from Restroom Direct. To obtain approval, please call us at 704-937-2673 or email us at info@restroomdirect.com. It is important to include the model and serial number of your product, along with a description of the problem and complete contact information.

If you wish to return an unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and like-new product that you purchased from us, we will accept it and refund you less a 20% restocking fee if it is within 30 days of original shipment, or 100% of the value that could be used as a store credit.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

If your product is defective, we may ask that you send it directly to the manufacturer.

Otherwise, you can mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Shipments outside of the USA
Most items that are shipped outside of the US are NOT covered by the manufacturer under their warranty.  Therefore, if you need warranty work done and you are outside of the US, you may be required to ship the product back to us or the manufacturer in the US and you may also be required to pay to have the item(s) sent back to you.  Please feel free to call Restroom Direct if you have any questions or to verify the policy for a particular item.
