Mitsubishi Jet Towel Hand Dryer
First invented in 1993, the Mitsubishi Jet Towel is the first hand dryer to use two 185 MPH jets of air to wipe water from hands. This approach to hand drying reduces the cost of hand drying by more than 90% when compared to paper towels. Some unique features of the Jet Towel are:
- The Mitsubishi Jet Towel captures the excess water removed from hands in a drain tank for easy cleaning, ensuring that the area around your dryer is clean at all times of the day.
- The Jet Towel consumes only 1060 watts, making it very energy efficient. A lower air speed and optional heater enable the Jet Towel to operate at an extremely low consumption level of 450 watts, or 1.5 watts per dry.
- The Jet Towel is ADA compliant at one mounting height, saving space and budget.
- Every Jet Towel is made in Japan under Mitsubishi's strict quality guidelines, reflecting in a 7 year motor life at 400 uses per day.
- In response to US feedback, the current model features 95 degree warm air, purely for user comfort.
The Mitsubishi Jet Towel is an air-knife hand dryer, similar to the Dyson Airblade.
