The mounting bracket is screwed to the wall.  The dryer hangs on the bracket and is ready to use!

Possibly the ONLY UL-certified dryer available today that can plug into an existing 120-volt socket.   To be UL certified, Nova modified this dryer for added safety features like an automatic cut-off switch for servicing.  (Dyers that were intended to be hard-wired but had been modified without UL approval to add a plug are no longer considered to be UL certified.)
